Cubit Products and Pricing



All non ASP hosted products include a 100 user license and e-mail support.
Please note that Cubit is a network accounting and business management system best suited for
use by many people, at the same time, over an office network or through https over the
Internet. You can install the Cubit system at your office and do not need an Internet connection
to use the system. Also note that approved Accountants and Bookkeepers do not have to pay the
initial purchase price of the software (Initial purchase price is R0), and only pay the annual fee.


Cubit Software Products
Cubit Dealers decide their own pricing structures and pricing on Cubit software may vary depending
on discounts and which services your dealer is including in the presented offering. All Cubit software has
an initial purchase price and an annual fee, as part of the purchase, as detailed below:

Suggested retail product pricing is as follows:
Cubit Professional - R9895 (suggested retail purchase price)
Cubit Property Software - R19895 (suggested retail pricing)
Cubit Manufacturing Software - R29895 (suggested retail pricing)
Cubit Equipment Rental Software - R9895 (suggested retail pricing)
Cubit Hospitality Software - R29895 (suggested retail pricing)
Cubit Shift and Roster Software (Security Guards, Cleaners all shift workers) - R49895
Cubit HR recruitment and talent management software (Recruitment, HR and employment agencies) - R19895

Updates, new versions and support:
All Cubit systems are updated frequently with the latest PAYE, UIF, GAAP, IFRS and
many system improvements. All systems have the same yearly fee's and annual fees include
all software updates and email support. 2009 fee's are R1750. This remains unchanged
from 2005 at 0% increase for 2010.

Suggested support and other pricing are as follows:
Please note that in your area the dealers may have cheaper rates, offer discounts or
charge more and that the pricing below serves only as a rough guide and may change.
Telephonic support, ad hoc, office hours, scheduled from R385 per hour
Telephonic support, ad hoc, office hours, non scheduled (anytime) from R650 per hour
Telephonic support, ad hoc, non scheduled (anytime) from R1250 per hour
Installation (If not included in purchase) from R385 per hour
Data and Take on of data from other systems to Cubit systems from R850 per hour upwards
Ad Hoc on site personalized training, including take on training (how to take on data) from R385 per hour upwards
Customization of any Cubit system Costs are from R25 000 upwards.
Costs 100 Users - Included R0 additional
Costs 101 - 200 Users - Normal pricing with an additional annual cost of R175000
Costs 201 - 500 Users - Normal pricing with an additional additional annual cost of R288000
Costs 500 plus Users - Pricing based on case basis


Other products:
Video rental, Retail Point of Sale, Wholesale Point of Sale, Distribution POS and others
Payroll software and all other modules (eg. CRM, MRP etc.) are always all included
Opensource POS system and other Open Source Software - R0
