	Before you can use the payroll you will need to add employees and configure their renumeration. To add an employee click Salaries->Add Employee. You are able to process your employees salaries in bulk or individually. By using bulk processing you will select all the employees you want to process a salary for. The selected employees will appear on the screen with their salary details. Individual processing allows you to process a single employees salary at a time. So it is only the one selected employee's salary details that will appear. The PAYE is calculated automatically by the system but you are able to override it and enter your own amounts, the UIF is also calculated automatically.When you process a salary you have the option to record that you have paid the employee from the same screen you are using to process the salary or you can process the payment using the Cashbook.All the transactions involved in the salary processing are posted to all the relevant ledger accounts.
