	The Cubit Accounting and Payroll software CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is built into the main system in such fashion that it seamlessly integrates with all other aspects of the business system. There are a few different views on CRM from withing the Cubit system, the first is under the business menu and may at first glance look like a call centre management system (which it also could be) the second is a Sales Lead management system. One has to evaluate both before deciding whether either are suited to your organisation. There also are other CRM tools in the Cubit system as well and it is probably best to consult a support engineer or Cubit dealer regarding your requirements.
